Joint Ventures
Established in December 2022, CENPEC, LLC was formed through the formal approval of a Mentor-Protégé (MP) Agreement by the Small Business Administration (SBA). This collaborative partnership brings together Centaur Consulting Group LLC (Centaur) as the Protégé and Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) as the Mentor. CENPEC has all of the capabilities and experience of PEC and Centaur.
Through a seamless integration of capabilities, CENPEC, alongside Centaur and PEC, demonstrates a track record of excellence in providing proven expertise across diverse domains, including environmental services, safety and health, technical support, and comprehensive training solutions for various federal government agencies.
Holds a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract Number 47QRAA23D005G, and an OASIS+ Small Business Award in the Management & Advisory, and Environmental Domains, as well as a Women Owned Small Business Award in Management & Advisory.
AOC Petroleum Support Services, LLC, established in 2002, is exclusively dedicated to supporting the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Petroleum Reserves (OPR) technical support, facility planning and engineering studies headquarters contract. This joint venture was carefully constructed using an LLC business model that has been successfully deployed to marshal “best in class” resources to meet DOE expectations. AOC Petroleum Support Services, LLC is comprised of three small businesses – the Hartrex Management Corporation, Intek Inc., and the Centaur Consulting Group. Each company brings its unique capabilities and demonstrated experience in business operations, petroleum logistics, and technical support to ensure OPR successfully accomplishes it’s mission, effectively and efficiently.
